Workday's flagship EMEA conference is a biggie, with roughly 4,000 attendees over three days, with 210+ speakers, 200+ sessions and around 70 exhibitor stands. With bespoke scenic, complex technical and rigging elements, this needed a crack team of production managers and delivery partners to pull off.
Plus, we were tasked with relocating the whole event from London to Amsterdam in a matter of weeks - it needed a village to deliver, so a village is what we built! Delivering at scale, on a tight timeline, and never compromising on quality.
